At a Radiant Prep, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. In the rare instance customers want a refund, we offer a no hassle refund.

Cancel service at any time and we will refund the balance of unused service hours. Refunds are processed within 10 business days, with credits applied to the original card used for payment.
